This page sets out the official terms and conditions and policies that apply when using bm392 platform services. By accessing this platform, registering an account, or playing games, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

1 Account Registration and Access

Each player may only register one account at bm392. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are found, the player's funds may be frozen.

1.1 Age Restriction

bm392 services are available to players aged 21 and above only. No person under 21 years of age is permitted to use our platform. If an incorrect age is provided during registration, we may withhold any winnings and close the account.

1.2 Registration Requirements

To open an account, players must provide accurate personal information. We reserve the right to verify any account we suspect of providing incorrect details. If a player refuses to cooperate with verification, that account may be suspended or closed.

1.3 Account Security

Players are responsible for all activity on their account. Login credentials must not be shared with anyone else. If you suspect that someone else is accessing your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

2 Bonus and Promotion Policy

Players are eligible to receive bonuses and promotions offered by bm392. However, if any attempt is made to claim those bonuses through fraudulent means, we reserve the right to forfeit all bonus funds and winnings.

2.1 Welcome Bonus

Get a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to 200,000 Ks. The bonus comes with a Wagering Requirement — you must wager 10x the bonus amount before you can withdraw any bonus-derived funds.

2.2 Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus is available once per player, per account.
• Funds derived from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus Wagering Requirement has been met.
• The bonus may expire if it is not used within the specified time period.
• If bonus abuse is detected, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from the bonus may be forfeited.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

We accept payments via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits are processed almost instantly, though technical delays may occasionally occur.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

Players must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before submitting a withdrawal request. This may include providing a copy of a National Registration Card or citizenship ID. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4 Responsible Gaming

bm392 takes responsible gaming seriously. Players using our platform must understand and accept that gaming is a form of entertainment only.

• Set a personal budget you can afford and do not exceed it.
• We do not recommend borrowing money to play.
• If gaming is causing you problems, seek help through the resources listed on our Responsible Gaming policy page.
• Only play on your own account and do not allow others to use it.

5 Prohibited Activities

If any of the following activities are carried out, player funds may be seized and the account may be closed:

• Bonus abuse or attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means
• Hacking the platform software or attempting to disrupt its normal operation
• Using robots, bots, scripts, or other tools to automate gameplay
• Attempting to use the platform for money laundering
• Depositing using payment cards or payment methods that do not belong to you
• Exploiting software or game glitches to obtain funds or bonuses illegitimately

6 Game Cancellation and Settlement

If a technical error occurs on the platform, the game result may be voided and the player's stake returned. Winnings that arise from a game error will not be paid out and will be voided; the player will be notified of the outcome.

7 Service Policy

7.1 Service Interruptions

We may carry out scheduled maintenance with prior notice. During this period, game data will be protected and available balances will not be affected.

7.2 Contact

Our support team is available in Myanmar language 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Live Chat and email. Player contact data is protected in accordance with our privacy policy.

8 Technology and Security

bm392 uses SSL Encryption technology to protect players' personal and financial information. Our platform uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure Fair Play.

8.1 IP and Restrictions

We may check players' IP addresses for reasonable security purposes only. We may block access to our service when investigating players who use irregular gameplay data or VPN-masked data.

9 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for money lost through players' gameplay, drops in luck, or losses resulting from personal decisions. Players must understand and accept that gaming carries an inherent risk of loss before playing.

Our liability for losses and interruptions caused by technical issues, server failures, or reasons beyond our control is limited.

10 Personal Data Protection

Personal information provided by players is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We use player data solely for the purpose of providing services after initial registration and will not sell data to third parties.

11 Account Closure

Players may request to close their account voluntarily by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn after closure.

If we find that these terms have been violated, we may close the account without prior notice and retain any funds related to the violation.

12 Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page and the date of the latest revision will be recorded. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the changes announced.
